Requirement

Android 5.0 Rom
Google Apps(GApps)
Battery Level 80% Charge
This is the non-official version of Slim Rom, which is still in development. The version could still contain bugs. Its installation and usage are therefore recommended for advanced users only.

How To Install Android 5.0 on Galaxy Tab 2 (P3100)

1. Backup your Current Android Rom using CWM Recovery Mode
2. Download Android 5.0.2 Slim Rom for Galaxy Tab 2 (P3100) and Gapps
3. Don't Unzip these files after download
4. Then connect your Tab 2 with your computer – use the USB cord.
5. Once the connection established, transfer the files from desktop and place it on your tablet’s SD card.
6. Turn off your Tab 2
7. Reboot into Recovery mode using Volume Up + Power key

Android 5.0 Lollipop on the Galaxy Tab 2

8. Just select "Wipe cache partition"
9. Then select “Wipe data factory reset”
10. Select "Install zip from sdcard" and "Choose zip from sdcard"
11. Pick the Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS and flash the firmware on your Galaxy Tab 2
12. Similar, repeat the process and flash Google Apps package
13. Go, back into recovery mode then select reboot system now

That’s it! You have successfully completed the process to install Slim Android 5.0.2 on Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 P3100.
