ReplyDeleteI burned a CD and have attempted to run the live portion of it on my Hewlett Packard Pavilion g6 laptop with no luck. I boot the CD into live install, the install starts, but gets hung on a large pulsating "Android" word. I may be able to do a full install of Android instead of running it as a live CD, but I'm concerned about uninstalling it later without messing up my windows install. My laptop is running Windows 7 Ultimate, if I decide to uninstall the android 5.1, how do I do it without losing windows 7? In other words how would I go back to my original Win7 install prior to Android without reinstalling Windows again?
ReplyDelete2 issues:
How do I get past the pulsating "ANDROID" logo and how do I uninstall android if ever I actually get it installed?
I got the same problem
DeleteI found an uninstall instruction for the grub/dual boot option and Android from the TechnoPlanner website, it works, just follow the ez directions. Here's the link:

FYI: the Lollipop Android Rom didn't work on my HP G6 laptop, I couldn't get installation in any modes and received errors.
I tried one from http://www.android-x86.org , Kitkat 4.4.2 and it installed, however sound is not working properly, I can barely hear a faint whisper. I'm going to try another current Android Rom from the http://www.android-x86.org website, hopefully I can get better sound. Again, just to confirm; I uninstalled 4.4.2 as instructed on the TechnoPlanners site (link above). No startup problems into Win7 Ultimate. I hope that helps, doesn't seem like anyone from the TechnoPlanners website/Blog responds to questions.
I have one question about change android to windows.
ReplyDeleteIn other word, if i install this Windows<->Android?
or ONLY Android (Can't use Windows)?
You need to look up dual booting how-to before proceeding

ReplyDeleteIM TRYING TO INSTALL IT ON VIRTUAL BOX BUT IT ISNT WORKING ! IT KEEPS ON BOOTING UP ! PLS HELP ME !
ReplyDeleteHey Techno Planners:
ReplyDeleteI have a question. I've struggled a bit to surpass legacy mode on the Bios, then the installation itself, but finally I've got everything installed, GRUB included of course. Thing is, I can't get out of the load pulsating "Android" screen.
In the debug mode I see that it sees to endlessly tries to enumerate a USB port. That is, it recognises it and than say, "ouh my, another USB port, lets enumerate that one now..." So it just goes on enumerating USB ports. (Last time I tried I got to 102 USB ports :( )
Suggestions?
Thanks!
ever figure this out? I am having the same issue in debug no matter what version of android I use.
