Lots of users want to taste new Android Nougat ROM on Moto E 2nd Generations device. But this is not an official update from MOTO it is custom ROM from CYNOGEN MOD. So, If you really want to install nougat on your device you needed to flash CM14 ROM on your MOTO E. You can download ROM and other required files from the end of the post. This method tested on a moto E device but do it at your own risk I am not responsible for any damage.
Bugs:

How to Install Nougat on MOTO E 2nd Gen
- First of all download the ROM zip file from the end of the post link given in red highlighted color.
- Now download Google GApps for Nougat.
- Now transfer ROM and GApps zip files on your MOTO device with the help of data cable or wireless file transfer apps.
- Now boot your device into recovery mode by press and hold Volume Down + Power Button at the same time.
- Once you reach the recovery mode, you will see many options there.
- Now tap on Wipe, Select Wipe data, wipe cache partition and wipe Dalvik cache option and wipe it
- Go back and select install option, then find and select the ROM zip file and flash it
- Similarly, find GApps and flash it
- After installation, Tap on a wipe and factory reset your device.
- Reboot your device
