How to Install Cyanogenmod 13 in Asus Padfone
Step 1. Download Android 6.0 ROMs and GApps for Asus PadFone from end of post.
Step 2. Now place all the zip files in your device memory and Turn off your
Step 3. Boot Device in recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Down + Power Button at the same time.
Step 4. Now flash CM13 Rom zip file, then flash Gapps on your device.
Step 5. After successfully flash, Clear Cache and wipe data from your device.
Step 6. Now reboot your device.

Congratulations, Now you have Android 6.0 on your Asus PadFone. Note- First boot can take more than 5 minutes. If its not start in 10 minutes you have to reapply steps from Step 2. You can Root your device by downloading SuperSu files and flash it using previous methods.
